Refund Policy
The tuition fees, minus an administrative charge of £350 plus 3% bank charges, will be refunded within 45 days in the event of a visa refusal, provided that the student submits official documentary proof of the refusal. To initiate the refund process, students must also provide a signed consent form confirming that they have not applied for an administrative review.
Important Notes:
No refund will be granted if the visa refusal is based on deception, submission of non-genuine or falsified documents, or any false information provided by the student.
No refund will be issued if the reason for refusal is within the student’s control, such as failure to meet UKVI financial requirements or failure to provide the necessary supporting documents.
Refund Request Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email to admissions@uksc.org.uk and finance@uksc.org.uk.
Approved refunds will only be processed to the original fee payer and will not be transferred to a third party.
Once an Unconditional Offer Letter has been issued:
Tuition fees become non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a student decides to withdraw from the College after enrolment, no refund will be provided, and the UKVI will be formally notified.
Final Note:
This refund policy is final. No exceptions or variations will be permitted. Once an Unconditional Offer Letter is issued, no fees can be refunded.
If a student decides to withdraw from the College during the year for any reason, the fees are not refundable under any circumstances, and the UKVI will be informed.
